AuraTime™ works best on smooth, flat surfaces such as painted walls, glass, wood panels or tiles. For textured or rough walls, adhesion may be reduced.

3. Can I adjust the size after installing it?

Yes. One of the main advantages of the DIY design is flexibility. You can reposition the numbers to create a smaller or larger layout depending on your wall and preference.

4. What powers the clock mechanism?

The clock operates using standard batteries (not included), making it easy to replace and maintain without cables or visible wiring.

6. Returns and exchanges?

You have the right to request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU consumer protection laws. This applies to all eligible products purchased directly from our online store.

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and accessories.

• Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.
